Spent thanksgiving at this hotel and it offered a good experience. The location was prime, situated near a mall and a bank. There was also a coffee shop nearby for those who love coffee. The room was spacious and had good lighting which I loved. The staff was accommodating and provided good customer service.
There were some unpleasant things that ruined my stay. The lack of an elevator was a hassle, especially when carrying an infant.

Convenient location 📍
I really liked staying here. The room was a good size and the staff were very friendly. Also, it was super easy to get to the city center and restaurants, as well as the mall.

It was an okay experience staying in this hotel during my New Year's Eve weekend. I appreciated the complimentary welcome drinks and snacks that were provided when we arrived. the location of the hotel was convenient for us as it was situated near a lot of restaurants and shops.
There were some negative aspects that detracted from our overall experience. the room was quite small and stuffy, without any windows for natural light.

The Upperroom @ Real Suites exceeded my expectations with its modern and spacious lobby. The staff, especially the receptionists, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They promptly fixed a minor issue with the air conditioning and granted all of our requests. The cleanliness and comfort of the linens and bed made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel's convenient location provided easy access to great restaurants and a mall. Despite a couple of minor drawbacks like the lack of an elevator and credit card facility, the overall experience was excellent. The Upperroom @ Real Suites is definitely a place I would recommend to others.
